Each lesson comes with a practice sheet PDF for you to print on plain paper. Regular copy paper will work; you don't need anything special.
Find a gel pen, fountain pen, or ballpoint pen. Look for a fine point, close to 0.5mm, so your lines stay clean and not too thick.
Skip your calligraphy pens for this one — a brush pen or a pointed pen with a flex nib won't work for these drills. You want something that makes the same line width no matter how hard you press.
